Rose M. Bergman was born May 30, 1915 in Escanaba, Michigan to Frank Smith and Nellie Iyotte Smith.
She and her husband Gordon came to Arizona in 1970 living in Wickenburg and later in Sun City. Rose was preceded in death by her husband Gordon in 1996.
She is survived by her children: Janice & Joseph Sheets of East Lansing,Michigan and Ron & Sarene Bergman of Wickenburg, 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Services will be held at a later date.

Rose Bergman, 96, of Glendale, Ariz., went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Aug. 19. Rose was born May 30, 1915, in Manistique, Mich.
Relocating for retirement to Wickenburg, Ariz., at the age of 56, Rose learned to love the Arizona desert and enjoyed horseback riding, walks in the desert, bird watching and the blooming cactus. Some of her best times were spent with her bowling league friends in Wickenburg. Rose never knew a stranger and was an avid reader with a keen interest in many varied subjects. She was a woman of great courage and an even greater sense of humor.
Rose was preceded in death by her husband Gordon, her daughter Sharon, and her sister Alice. She is survived by children Ron (Sarene) Bergman, Gerald Bergman, and Janice Sheets, along with eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Rose will be missed by her family and friends, who will miss her and grieve for her but not without hope (I Thessalonians 4:13).
A private memorial service will be held at a future date in Wickenburg.
