Eva May Donovan, 93, of Chanute, Kansas, passed away Monday Aug 5, 1985 at Neosho Memorial Hospital following a ten year illness.

Mrs. Donovan was born March 25, 1892 in Williamsburg, Iowa to Charles A. & Sarah (Davis) Brown.

Mrs. Donovan married Guy F. Donovan Jan 27, 1908 in Lubbock, Texas. He passed away June 13, 1950.

Mrs. Donovan lived in the Chanute area since 1918.

Mrs. Donovan was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church, Sunflower Chapter 147 OES, White Shrine VFW Auxiliary, and Ladies Auxiliary of the United Transportation Union.

Mrs. Donovan is survived by four sons, three of Chanute, KS, and one of Indianapolis, IN; a daughter of Chanute, KS; 25 great-grandchildren: and two great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Donovan is proceed in death by her parents; two sons; and a daughter.
