Warren Brunton, well-known in this county, passed away at his home in west Blair, on last Saturday, Feb. 1, following a protracted illness caused by heart trouble.

Deceased was a native of Blair, having been born in Blair, April 26, 1876, and grew to manhood in Blair. He was married to Miss Marian Carter of this city on July 3, 1910. To this union five children were born, three of whom are still living: Mrs. Lucile Herschel Lowe of Arthur, Illinois, and two sons, Carter and Jay, at home.

He was a member of the Christian church and of the Odd Fellows lodge and of the Blair Fire Department.

The funeral services were held Monday afternoon at two o'clock from the Christian church with Rev. Hargett and the Odd Fellow lodge officiating and interment was made in the Blair Cemetery.

Besides the wife and three children, he leaves to mourn him four brothers, Clarkson and Palmer of San Francisco, Calif., Rufus of Centralia, Wash., and Wm. of Craig, Neb., and four sisters, Miss Vanola Brunton, Mrs. Joel Allen and Mrs. Ellsworth Guston of this city, and Mrs. Gladys McConnell of Centralia, Wash.
