He was born October 11, 1997 in Overton County, he was the son of the late Francis Marion and Dovie Mae Austin Brown.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Earlise Dishman Brown; three sons, Coy, Earl and Donald Brown;a daughter, Wilma Jean Keener; a brother Chamey Brown; three sisters, Ida Ray, Alpha Stamps, and Omega Ledbetter.
He was a member of First Assembly of God.
Survivors include his wife, Marie Brown, Livingston, two sons, Bill Brown, Livingston, Clois Brown, Byrdstown; a step-son, Hoyett Padgett, Livingston; a daughter, Patricia Whited, Livingston; two step-daughters Irene Coffman and Ilene Harman, two brothers, L.P. Brown, Anderson, IN and Elanza Brown, Rickman; two sisters, Myrtle McDonald, Livingston, and Belle Harris, Monterey; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
