♥ ♥ ~ My Beloved Cousin Mable ~ ♥ ♥

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Mable was a very kind lady who helped me with my research on the Hopwood family. She told me all of the medical conditions for each person in our line and if they were affected by the Charcot Marie-Tooth Disease, which ran rapid in our family. Mable was also my cousin. She cared deeply about each and every person in our family, and was there to listen to everyone whenever they needed her.

She had a memory that you wouldn't believe. She told me stories about everyone and I wrote it all down. She always had time to talk to me over the years and was capable of talking about just about everything. She also sent me some photographs of those people within the family, although some of them are so old my scanner cannot capture them.

I will truly miss you Mable, your memory of the history of the Hopwood and Berry families was unremarkable. You were such a treasure.

Mable first married Henry McConnell on September 25, 1920 and later married Grover Foltz.
