Mrs. Anna Largent Thatcher, 92, of Hazen, formerly of Newport, died Friday at Stuttgart. Born in Elizabeth, she was a seamstress for Page's Dry Cleaners for many years and a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include one son, Neumann R. Williamson of Arlington, Texas; two daughters, Norma Jean Weaver of Newport and Rhoda Pippin of Newport; 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son.
Funeral services will be held at 2 Monday afternoon at Jackson's Newport Funeral Home Chapel with Blane Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Blatch Johnson Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will include Michael L Williamson, Danny Williamson, Eric Williamson, Dennis Dawayne Thatcher, James Weaver, Eddie Weaver, Adam Sutterfield, Michael Warren Jr., and Jameson Weaver.
