DIXON, Ky. -- Jewel Chandler Duncan, 90, died at 1:59 p.m. Saturday at Shemwell Nursing Home in Providence. Born on July 22, 1906.
She was a member of Fairview Church of Christ, Webster County Retired Teachers Association and Dixon Women's Club.
Surviving are two nieces, Dorothy Land of Georgetown and Delores Grant of Louisville; and six nephews, Houston Chandler of Tennessee, Raymond Chandler of Dixon, Harold Chandler of Louisville, Kermit and Bill Chandler, both of Owensboro, and Tommy Chandler of Providence.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Fairview Church, with burial in Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole. Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 8 to 11 a.m. Tuesday and from noon to service time Tuesday at the church.
