WARFORDSBURG, Pa. - Mabel Mae Booth, 88, of RD 2, died Saturday, Oct. 18, 1997, at Calidonia Manor in Fayetteville, Pa.
Born March 12, 1909, in Warfordsburg, she was the daughter of the late John S. and Bertha Virginia Bair Booth.
She was a member of Warfordsburg Presbyterian Church in Warfordsburg.
She is survived by one niece, Donna J. Lynch of Warfordsburg; and one nephew, Homer E. Smith of Webster, Pa.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Dessie Catherine Booth, Ethel P. Smith and Myrtle Evelyn Booth.
Services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Warfordsburg Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Doug Poffenberger will officiate. Burial will be in the adjoining church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Grove Funeral Home, 141 W. Main St., Hancock, today from 7 to 9 p.m., and at the church one hour prior to the service. For the convenience of friends the funeral home will be open today from 2 to 9 p.m.
