MRS. DAVID SAUDER, for many years a resident of Dalton, died at her late residence in Canton, Thursday, July 7, after a lingering illness.
The deceased was born in Heidelberg Township, Lebanon County, Pa, on Dec 11, 1861, she was married to David Sauder, Oct 18, 1888.
To this union was born a son, Glenn McKinley, who has had charge of the United Presbyterian Church at Toronto, Ohio the past year.
This son was very devoted to his mother and was with her much of the time during her sickness.
Mrs. Sauder united with the U.P. Church of Dalton, Feb 26, 1905, under the pastorate of Rev. Hubbell, on moving to Canton, she became a member of the Bedford Avenue U. P. Church.
She lived a consistent christian life and displayed great faith in her Master thruout her sickness and suffering.
She was a faithful wife and loving mother and will be greatly missed by the husband and son.
Funeral was held from the home in Canton on Saturday, in charge of Rev. A. M. Neal of Canton and Rev. W. H. Hubbell of Cleveland, both of whom accompanied the remains to Dalton and conducted the burial service at the cemetery.
