They were the parents of Janie Ophelia 1887-1944, Jessie Lee 1889-1935, Carrie Emily 1891-1894, Willie Coleman 1894-1946, Ida May 1887-1918, Clara Ellen 1899-1976, John Melvin 1902-1975, Joseph Nathan 1904-1979, Louie Edward 1906-1994, and Harold David 1914-1979.
