Parker Coffey, 73, of Butler, Tennessee, former resident of Banner Elk, died Thursday, May 3, 1979.

Surviving are two sons, three daughters, one brother, three sisters, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services were conducted Saturday afternoon at Kelley Memorial chapel, officiated by the Rev, Dean Baughn.

Burial will follow in the Sugar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Butler, Tennessee.
