OBITUARY :
MRS. MARY C. ARMSTRONG, aged 78, wife of Jacob H. Armstrong, died at her home in York Friday morning at 4 o'clock. She had a heart condition and had been ill for the last eight weeks.

She was the daughter of Melinda and Hiram Spencer of Smithsburg R.R. 3, and had lived her entire life here except for the past nine years, when she was a resident of York.

Surviving are her husband; four children, Anna M. and Robert L., at home; Norman C. and Harry J., Waynesboro. three grandchildren; two great -grandchildren; and these brothers and sister: John Spencer, York; Mrs. Jacob Cline, Smithsburg R.R. 3, and Mrs. Joseph Parncutt, Waynesboro R.R. 4.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. from the Baumeister Funeral Home in York in charge of the Rev Mr. Boyer. Burial will be made in Burns Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro
