Arthur James Bussel, a retired Air Force master sergeant and a former Memphis resident, died February 28, 1975, at Poplar Bluff, Mo. Veterans Hospital.

Mr. Bussel leaves his widow, Elizabeth Bussel, of Clarksdale, Ms.; a brother, Robert Bussel of Steele; three sisters, Mrs. Joe O'Malley and Mrs. Fern Tull, both of Steele, and Mrs. James (Opal) Guthrie of Portageville; and two half-sisters, Mrs. Warren Fields of Los Angeles and Pauline Dixon of Hickman, Ky.

Services were held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 1, 1975, at Cosmopolitan Funeral Home in Memphis with interment in Memory Hill Gardens.
