WORLEY, JACK M., age 39, of 1214 Belvo Rd, Miamsburg, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 15, 1988 at Sycamore Medical Center. He was employed at N.C.R. Micro Electronics as a Sr. Electronic Technician. He was a member of St. James United Methodist Church, 2x4 Square Dance Club, Miami Valley Dance Council, Miami Valley Cloggers Assn. and was Past-President of Squares Go Go Dance Club. Preceded in death by his father, Jesse R. in September of 1986. Survived by his wife, Michaelyn; daughter, Stacy, at home; mother, Cora Jane Worley; brother, James L, both of Cincinnati. Services Tuesday 11:00 a.m. from Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamsburg, Rev. N. Donald Cotrone officiating. Interment Miami Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Family suggests, if so desired, contributions be made to the Heart Fund in memory of Mr. Worley.
