Her wedding announcement from The Bridgeport Evening Farmer (Bridgeport, CT) of 6/20/1917:

SIPPERLY – SCOTT
Miss A. Marie Scott, daughter of Mrs. A. Marie Scott of Marion street and Mr. Irving H. Sipperly, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Sipperly of Westport, were married at 4:30 this afternoon at the Olivet Congregational church. Rev. Morgan Miller, former pastor of the church, performed the ceremony. Miss Carolyn Scott attended her sister as bridesmaid and Everett Sipperly was his brother’s best man. Miss Scott wore a travelling suit of dark blue satin with a hat of gray transparent straw. Her bouquet was of bride’s roses and lilies of the valley. The bridesmaid wore blue taffeta with a hat of transparent straw and carried yellow roses. Miss Jennie Logan played a program of wedding music and Miss Helena Miller of South Norwalk san “O Promise Me” just before the ceremony. A reception followed at the home of the bride’s mother. The bride has until recently been with Meigs’ & Co. in the suit department.
