Lois Keehart

GREENVILLE — Lois Jones Keehart, 91, of Campbell, passed away in the early morning hours of Aug. 11, 2011, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born Aug. 27, 1919, in Canton to Charles and Ada Wilhite. Lois will be remembered by those she leaves behind for her loving spirit and giving nature. Her happiest days were those spent with her family.

Lois is survived by daughters Arlene Mann and husband John and Margaret Thibault and husband Richard of Campbell; a son, Wayne Jones and wife Susan of Edward, Mo.; a sister, Opal Cross of Canton; nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Services for Mrs. Keehart will be at Peters Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Monday. Burial follows at Prairie Valley Cemetery in Lone Oak with grandsons, Justin Lewis, Layland Lewis, Shawn Mann, David Mobley, Dean Mobley, and John Mobley serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Adams, Ted Lewis, John Mann and Richard Thibault.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
