BICKNELL, Ind., Jan. 13, 1950

Mrs. Sarah R. McClure, 79 years old, died at 3:15 o'clock Thursday morning at her home in Bruceville. She was a member of the Methodist church.

Surviving are a son, Earl S. McClure of Vincennes; two daughters, Gladys C. McClure and Mrs. Robert Preston of Bruceville; a sister, Mrs. Fannie Otten, and brother, Edgar R Root, both of Vincennes; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at Bruceville Methodist Church with the DeWitt Coats officiating. Burial will be in Oaktown Cemetery.
