Mary L. (Seal) Miller, 81, passed away Aug. 13, 2011. Survived by her children, Linda (Gary) White of Pueblo and Mary Kay Pyle of Houston, Texas; siblings, Floyd Gilbert, Norma Pedigo and Stella Kinser; grandchildren, Cheryle (Isaac) Garcia, Michelle (Jeff) Sterling, both of Pueblo, Kevin (Bonnie) White of Bricelyn, Minn., Brandon (Haley) Martin and Amanda Pyle, both of Houston, Texas; great-grandchildren, Brianna, Courtney, Alexis and Logan Garcia, Peyton and Rylee Sterling.
Preceded in death by her parents, John and Edna Gilbert; and grandson, Eric Martin.
Mary was born May 6, 1930, in Imperial, Calif. She worked as a bookkeeper for 42 years, also was a volunteer foster grandmother for 15 years. She had a great personality and enjoyed making people laugh. Mary loved going to Las Vegas and Cripple Creek. She also enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, travel, the outdoors and spending time with her family.
Viewing from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday and service, 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2011, both in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens.
