Mr. T. E. Stanley has accepted plans and is now having the material placed on the ground for a handsome two-story, ten-room residence to be erected on his lot on Magnolia Avenue. Mr. E. A. Zobel is the architect and will superintend the work, which is to be started in about ten days and completed by September 1st. Mr. Stanley is also having a five-room residence erected on the same lot. Work on this has been under way for several days.

May 15, 1912:

Work was started on Mr. T. E. Stanley’s handsome two-story residence on Magnolia Avenue last Monday morning. When completed this will be one of the handsomest homes in the city. Messrs. Ramsey and Smith have charge of the work.
