The 1900 Federal Census has her living with her mother in Eau Pleine, Marathon County, WI. I am assuming she passed away before 1931, because she is not listed in the obituary of her sister, Josephine Kaser.
Update: I finally found her! She died three weeks before her mother and they are buried at the same cemetery and share a headstone.
