Mrs. McClaran was a homemaker and a Sunday School teacher at Corinth Brethren Church, Twelve Mile. She graduated from Harts High School in 1974 and attended West Virginia Career College, Huntington, West Virginia.
Survivors include one son, Jonathan Ross McCLARAN, at home; one daughter, Kayla Rochelle McCLARAN., at home; one stepdaughter, Linette McCLARAN, Mexico; one brother, Terry VANCE, Alum Creek, West Virginia; one sister, Denise QUEEN, Holden, West Virginia.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Stergil Adam VANCE.
