M. J. O'Toole rites held here
Martin J. O'Toole, a resident of Waseca County during most of his lifetime, died Saturday night at a Mankato hospital. He was a former game warden in 1931 and worked out of Janesville and throughout southern Minnesota until 1936 when he was appointed chief game warden for the state. He retired in 1939.
Funeral services were held today (Wednesday) at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Janesville, with interment in the church cemetery. The Arnoldt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. O'Toole was born in Mankato on March 28, 1873.
Survivors include his wife, Catherine, three sons, Chester and George, Mankato, and Thomas, Albert Lea, and three daughters, Mrs. Robert Adler, St. Paul, Mrs. Donald Dubeau, Naperville, Ill. And Mrs. Leonard Schleh, LaCrosse, Wis. He has a sister-in-law Mrs. Agnes Sheeran and a brother-in-law, Simon Connelly, living in Waseca.
