GOWRIE - Betty J. Patton, 88, died Thursday, August 11, 2011 at the Gowrie Care Center.
Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Monday August 15, 2011 at the United Methodist Church, Gowrie with Pastor Jane Shepherd officiating. Burial will follow in the Gowrie Township Cemetery. Friends may call after 4:00 PM Sunday at the Palmer Funeral Home, Gowrie.
Betty is survived by her daughters, Diane (Don) Reed of Harcourt and Cheri (Don) Ferguson of Churdan; step son, Brett Patton of Ottumwa; step daughter, Cindy Bailey of Gilbert, AZ; 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; special friend, Clifford Hawthorne of Farnhamville, and a special cat, Elmer.
