Peggy was born to Jesse E. (Bud) Sperry and Dorothy Mae (Milam) Sperry of Blackburn, Oklahoma. She married Earl Dewayne House, November 3, 1967 in Pawhuska, OK. They lived at Walters, OK until Earl was discharged from US Army in June 1968. They lived in Osage and Cleveland before moving to Sand Springs in 1971. They lived there until Peggy's death and raised two daughters, Cindy Davis and Dorothy Claybourn. Peggy suffered from Arterial problems and ESRD the last 3 years. She was retired on disability from Tulsa University where she had worked for 23 years.
