"Graveside services will be 4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 22, 2006 at the Coleman City Cemetery Pavilion with Reverend Bill Schoneman officiating. Services are under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home.
"Mrs. Crump was born February 22, 1927, the daughter of Luther O'Shields and Mary Bessie Dawson O'Shields. She grew up and attended school at Lawn. On January 27, 1951, she married J.L. Crump in Coleman. She worked as nurse's aide at Holiday Hill Nursing Home for 17 years and was a member of Central Baptist Church.
"Survivors include her husband, J.L. Crump of Clyde; one daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Dwayne Justice of Abilene; one son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Debora of Clyde; one sister, Neoma Collins of Clyde; one brother, Vaughn O'Shields and wife, Ruth, of Lawn; five grandchildren, Lauren Sherrod of Abilene, Jared Justice of Abilene, Nathan Justice of Abilene, Corey Turnell and wife, Susan, of Clyde, Tyler Crump of San Angelo; two great-grandchildren, Aiden McCann of Clyde, Julie Sherrod of Abilene and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by five brothers and sisters.
"Family visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home."
