Services for Mrs Almira V Smith, 77, of Nitro, who died early yesterday morning, are to be held at two o'clock this afternoon at the residence. The Rev Mr Fletcher of Nitro is to have charge of the services and burial is to be in Sattes cemetery.

Surviving are two sons, John H and Howard Smith, Nitro; a daughter, Mrs F C Ellis, Dunbar, and a brother, Benjamin Perry, Dunbar.
