Frances was born Frances Ellen Gray. Her elder siblings were Beatrice, William and Verner LeRoy "Roy". I don't know too much about Aunt Frances except that she was first married to a Mr. Pearman. I don't know his first name. Our family had not seen of Aunt Frances after she grew up and moved away. When I was growing up she lived in Lone Pine, CA and owned and operated a Steak House / Bar called the Mount Whitney Cafe. Around 1968 my dad and I visited her one Summer and she was living with her bartender. He was called "Stoney". I don't know what happened to Stoney but the next I heard from Aunt Frances was that she had married "Gus" who was one of her chefs from the Mt. Whitney. Together they sold the Whitney and her house in Lone Pine and bought a mobile home in Bishop, CA where they both resided until their respective demises. They both suffered tremendously from Alzheimer's before their deaths.
