Anderson, Paul Eugene - Of Center City, MN Age 77 Passed away May 18, 2005 after a long battle with cancer. Paul was born September 29, 1927 in Center City, MN. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Joyce; sisters Theresa Anderson and Hazel Murphy; brother Martin Anderson. Paul is survived by brother Gustaf Anderson, Lynnwood, WA; sister Mae Maguire, Center City, MN; sons Greg Anderson, Rapid City, SD, Lynn (Karen) Anderson, Lindstrom, MN, Glen (Debbie) Anderson, Centuria, WI; daughter Carmy (Kurt) Nelson, Shafer, MN; 10 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at GRANDSTRAND FUNERAL HOME, 11900 Lake Lane, Lindstrom, MN (651-257-4000), on Monday May 23, 2005 from 6-8PM. Private interment Center City, MN..

Paul Eugene Anderson passed away May 18, 2005, after a long battle with cancer.

He was born Sept. 29, 1927, in Center City, Minn. Paul married Joyce Peltier. They were life-long residents of Center City. Paul and Joyce raised four wonderful children: Greg, Rapid City, SD; Carmie (Kurt) Nelson, Shafer; Lynn (Karen) Anderson, Lindstrom; and Glen (Debbie) Anderson, Centuria, Wis.

Paul was an over-the-road semi truck driver for over 30 years. After retiring from trucking he went to work as the maintenance man for the city of Center City.

Paul is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Joyce; sisters: Theresa Anderson and Hazel Murphy; and brother, Martin Anderson.

Paul is survived by his brother, Gustaf Anderson, of Lynnwood, Wash.; and sister, May Maguire, of Center City; his four children and 10 grandchildren: Greg (Angie) and Mike Anderson; Nick, Tony (Heather) and Bia Nelson; Jodee, Ashley and Jordan Anderson; Megan and Jeremy Anderson; three great-grandchildren: Drake and Owen Anderson and Hallie Jo Nelson.

A memorial service was held May 23, 2005, at Grandstrand Funeral Home. Paul's family would like to thank the Hospice volunteers and everyone for all the love and kindness toward Paul and his family during this difficult time.
