MRS. WILLIAM FLOWERS
Weston - Dorothy G. Flowers, 76, of Lumberport, formerly of Weston, died Saturday, March 9, at her residence.
She was born October 17, 1919, in Salem, a daughter of the late Gus and Ocie Fluharty Shreves.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Harris Flowers.
Surviving are three daughters, Rosa Lee Cavallier and Mary P. Grogg, both of Weston, and Jean Menear, Galloway; three sons, Thomas Lee Flowers and "Bub" Flowers, both of Lumberport, and Robert Flowers, Galloway; 18 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren; one brother, Junior Shreves, Wick, and two sisters, Mary Ferrell, Bridgeport, and Ruby Furl Bowers, North Charleston.
She was also preceded in death by one sister.
Mrs. Flowers was Baptist.
