June 23, 1882 she was united in marriage to Cyrus Guisinger at Brooks. Mr. Guisinger passed away May 13, 1884. February 18, 1886 at Corning, Iowa she was married to Paul Hess. February 11, 1900 she was united in marriage to Enoch Hedger at Brooks.
Mrs. Hedger was preceded in death by her parents, three children, Ella, Velma, and Cecil; two sisters and a baby brother.
Surviving her are three children, Bernice and Floyd of Brooks, and Loren of San Francisco, California, one brother, C. W. Romang of Brooks, two sister, Miss Aille Romang of Brooks and Mrs. Margaret Flowers of Hopkins, Missouri, also several grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
while living at Council Bluffs, Iowa, Mrs. Hedger became a member of the First Christian Church there and on later moving to Omaha, Nebraska, she affiliated with the First Christian Church of Omaha, where her membership remains.
Funeral services were held Sunday January 8, 1958, at 3 p.m. from the Methodist Church in Brooks, Iowa with the Rev. Donald Gilbert in charge.
Interment was in the Brooks Cemetery.
Music for the services was furnished by Miss Jean Woods and accompanist.
Pall bearers were Artie White, John Mitchell, Glen Sherman, Boyd Freshour, Clyde Stillinger, and James Crawford.
