Mark was the 5th. child born to Floyd and Margret Russell of rural Altoona. Mark had 3 older Sisters, Debra, Lynda, & Patrica, and an older brother Micheal.
Mark grew up on the Family Farm 5 1/2 Miles N. E. of Altoona. Ks. He graduated from the Altoona-Midway Schools.
Mark married Mary Katherine "Kathy" Stutts on April 16, 1983.
Born to them were 2 Sons, Levi Alan Russell, b. Sept.9, 1986 & Seth Owen Russell b. Nov. 21, 1988.
Mark worked for the Wilson Co. Road and Bridge Dept. before taking employment with the City of Chanute, Ks. Public Works Dept. as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
Mark left a loving Wife and 2 Young Sons who truly miss their Daddy. Mark will be missed by many friends and family members.
