Dies From Injuries
ELGIN, August 20 —-Elmer Davis of Winner, S D, died at a hospital in Norfolk Wednesday morning following an accident on the highway between Johnstown and Ainsworth Sunday afternoon. He suffered a broken back when a car crashed into the cab of the truck in which he was riding.
Mr. Davis was a brother of Wilbur Davis of Elgin and was enroute here for a visit when the accident occurred.
The body was taken to Winner for burial.'
