Mrs. Guth moved to Salina in 1944 from Paxico, Kansas. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Cathedral parish. Mrs. Guth was a music teacher giving private lessons in her home for many years. She received her music training at the Nazareth Academy, Concordia, and the Kansas City Conservatory of Music.
Survivors included a daughter, Mrs. Clarence Werner; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
