Brother of Edwin Waters of Pennsylvania, Irene Wyllie of Wyoming, Elsie Pauer of Oakland and the late Leo C. Morris. Also survived by many grandchildren. A native of Wyoming. Aged 63 years. Private services 1:00 pm Saturday at Sierra View Chapel, 6201 Fair Oaks Blvd. Cremation Camellia Memorial Lawn. Memorials preferred to The Crippled Children.
