ASSUMPTION -Francis E. "Frog" Damery, 58, of Assumption died 7:15 p.m. Tuesday (Aug. 27, 1991) in his home.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday in Seitz Funeral Home, Assumption, with visitation after 5 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Assumption.
Mr. Damery was born in Assumption on March 10, 1933, son of William Elmer and Cleo Myres Damery. He was an employee of Decatur-Danville Scale, serving as a service technician. He married Jenny Hunter on Jan. 11, 1951 in Assumption.
Surviving are his wife; mother of Assumption; son, Darin of Assumption; daughters, Mrs. George (Penny) Hiler, Mrs. Robert (Cynthia) Jeppson and Mrs. James (Kelley Ann) Scott, all of Assumption; brothers, William of Blue Mound; Dale of Assumption; Richard of Batchelor, La.; Cecil of Macon; Merle of Assumption; sisters, Aleane Morthole of Taylorville; Jule Damery of Assumption; Mrs. Robert (Evelyn) Wanless of Springfield; eight grandchildren.
One grandchild and one brother preceded him in death.
