Mrs. Sallie R. Scott, 77, formerly of Holly Oak and recently of 314 S. Middletown Road, Media, Pa., died yesterday at Riddle Memorial Hospital, Lima, Pa., after a long illness.
Born in Pennsylvania, Mrs. Scott spent most of her life in the Wilmington area. Before moving to Media two years ago she lived at 1601 Philadelphia t Pike. Her husband, Leon W. Scott, died in 1966.
She was a member of Holly Oak Methodist Church and Mizpah Chapter No. 2. OES.
Surviving are a son, Paul M, of Media, with whom she made her home: a daughter, Mrs, Lorraine Steele of Erie, Pa., and 10 grandchildren.
Services will he Saturday morning at 11 at the McCrery Funeral Home, 2700 Washington St., where friends may call tomorrow night. Interment will be in Lombardy Cemetery.
