From a contemporary obit:

"Mahlon Arganbright was born April 12th 1846 and departed this life May 17, 1918, aged 72 years, 1 month and 5 days. In 1867, at the age of 21, he was united in the holy bonds of matrimony to Cynthia Clark, who was 3 months younger than he. His wife died Dec. 22, 1898. To this union were born 11 children, of whom four sons and three daughters are still living. He was married again on March 8, 1902 to Ella Lyle (nee Boal) and to this union was born one son (Orvan Mahlon), who survives him. For the past 14 years he has been a faithful and consistent member of the Church of Christ and he showed the influence of the church in his daily life. He always contributed without stint or reserve to the proper rearing of his family, who mourn his departure but are consoled by the belief he has gone to a world of greater happiness".

Upon Ella's death in 1959, she was buried next to her first husband, Robert Henry Lyle.
