Mrs. Florence Evelyn Steele Blankenbaker, 103, of 2509 Hawthorne Ave. died at 10 a.m. Friday at her home.
She was born on January 6, 1873, in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of George Francis Steele and Sarah Frances Fuller.
She was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include two sons, Allen F. and Elmer Blankenbaker, a daughter, Miss Cassie A. Blankenbaker, three grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
The body will be at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Saturday.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
