A. B. (Bodie) Brayboy, 61, of route 3, Fairmont, died Friday in Southeastern General hospital, Lumberton, after a brief illness.
The funeral is being conducted at 3 p.m. today in White Hill Baptist church by Rev. Frank Graham and Rev. T. M. Swett. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Lizzie Brayboy; a son, John D. Brayboy of route 3, Fairmont; a daughter, Mrs. Katie Lee Brooks of route 3, Fairmont; 16 grandchildren; a brother, Hugh Brayboy, Jr., of Coco, Fla.; and two sisters, Mrs. Ila Mae Chavis of route 2, Shannon, and Mrs. Priscilla Oxendine of Rennert.
