Jacob Kissler, 84 years old, died at 11:55 Friday evening at the home of his son, Henry Kisser, 6 miles west of Fort Morgan.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 o’clock Monday morning at the Free Evangelical church with Rev. John Stremf in charge of services. Burial will be made in Riverside cemetery.
Mr. Kissler is survived by his wife, Anna, 83 years old, and six children. Four children are dead.
Surviving children are Henry Kissler of Fort Morgan, Jacob Kissler of Fruitdale, SD, Mrs. Anna Lesser of Loveland, two sisters in Russia and one in South America. There are 18 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Mr. Kissler came to America in 1913 and settled first at Loveland where the family lived until 1919 when they came to Morgan county.
Arrangements for the funeral are being made at the Parker Funeral Home.
