Lizzie was the daughter of John Thomas Morris and Lou Etta Carter Morris. Her sister was Frances N. Morris Shepard (Shepard Cemetery). She was the wife of George Farmer and William W. Dowlen. Lizzie had five children. They are John Thomas, Felix Edward, Horace Alvata, Fay Louetta, Ruby Glades, Sylvia Lois and Ora Marjorie.
