Mrs. Ella Fearis, 86, died of a heart attack Friday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Jessie D. Blackman, 3423 Classen. A resident of Oklahoma City for the past five years, Mrs. Fearis was born in Pleasant Plain, Iowa, and had spent most of her life in the state of Iowa. For the past 10 years, she had been interested in oil painting and devoted much of her time to the hobby. She was a member of the Pilgrim Congregational Church in Oklahoma City.

She is survived by her daughter, one granddaughter, Mrs. Margaret E. Bauman, and one great-granddaughter, Carol Ann Bauman, both of Omaha, Nebraska. Services will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the Guardian Funeral Home with interment in Rose Hill Cemetery.
