Gary S. Buzalewski, 56, of Benton, died Friday afternoon, July 29, 2011 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. Born November 23, 1954 in Reading, Berks County, he was a son of the late Edward W. and Natalie J. (Dombrowski) Buzalewski. He and his wife, Diane M. (Lewis) Buzalewski would have celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary on August 12th.

He was a 1972 graduate of Central Catholic High School in Reading and had also taken some trade school courses following high school.

Mr. Buzalewski was employed by GE Water as a field service representative. He had previously worked for the ATT/Lucent/Agere Company in Reading. He attended Christ the King Roman Catholic Church in Benton and also visited Christ United Methodist Church in the Village of Central.

An avid hunter, he was a member of the Safari Club and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. He loved to hunt and travel and his passion for hunting took him all over the world on hunting trips.

He had a love for life and nature and lived life to the fullest. Gary always had a smile on his face and never met a stranger he didn't like. "To the world he was just Gary, but to us, he was the world."
