Captured Falling Water, Maryland on July 14, 1863. Old Capitol Prison, Washington DC; transferred to Johnson Island, Ohio prison on Aug. 8, 1863. Then transferred to Point Lookout-MD prison on April 22, 1864. Transferred to capitol Prison, Washington DC Aug. 8, 1864. Transferred to Fort Delaware prison Aug. 11, 1864. Released June 12, 1865.
