I used to list Jacob as buried at the Jefferson Church of Christ Cemetery, at Rural Hall, Forsyth County, North Carolina. Barbara Ruiz sent me a cemetery transcription file by the WPA from the 1930's saying Jacob's grave marker was in the Bethania Parish Cemetery.

Find-A-Grave contributor Isabel added the following:

Jacob Miller's stone was in Bethania Parish Graveyard when the WPA did their survey in the 1930s. The cemetery is now in a closed golf course. When the area was developed in 1958, the county granted permission to move the five stones that were found.

Jacob Miller's stone is apparently one of the five, and was moved to Jefferson Church of Christ Cemetery. It's definitely there, and looks like a match to another that was moved to Mount Tabor UMC.

See 158141253 for Jacob's memorial at Jefferson Church of Christ Cemetery. It is currently unclear whether his remains were moved, or just his grave marker.

Jacob Miller married Regina Zimmerman in Stokes County, North Carolina per marriage bond dated 23 June 1793. In 1793 Stokes covered all of what was to become Forsyth County in 1849
