Mrs. Osborne was a member of the White Cross Missionary Group for many years and served at one time as local chairwoman.
She was a member of the North Hanover Baptist Church and the First Baptist Church of Marshfield.
Mrs. Osborne was born in Hanover and had lived in Norwell since 1933.
Wife of the late Wesley H. Osborne, she is survived by two sons; Wesley H Osborne Jr. and David M. Osborne, both of Norwell; two daughters, Miriam Allen of Norwell and Mildred B. DeFabio of Albuquerque, NM; a brother, Oscar Gooch of Brookville, FL; two sisters, Dorothy Wallor of Duxbury and Agnes Carey of Norwell; 13 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held in the First Baptist Church, Marshfield. Private burial in Washington St. Cemetery, Norwell, MA.
