He and 1st wife, Ruth Nisbet, had 4 children, last one born 1909-10. They divorced before 1918. (1918 Draft registration: wife's name is Ethel.) 3rd marriage to Lillian McDonald. Ira d.at home in Louisville (Shively) w/in 2mos of one of his brothers, Willard Archie, and both are buried in same cemetery in Indiana. Other immediate family buried at Cave Hill, Louisville, Ky. Ira was buried in wife's family's plot, and his name is on the McDonald headstone along w/Lillian's.

The funeral for Ira B Hall, 72, night watchman at Klempner Brothers Company, will be at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow at Owen's Chapel, 2611 Virginia. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, New Albany (Ind.). He died at 10 p.m. Tuesday at his home, 2112 Rockford Lane. Survivors are his wife, Mrs Lillian Hall, two daughters, Mrs E.P. Garrett and Mrs Jack Evans; two sons, Normal I Hall, Los Angeles, and Allan B Hall; a sister, Mrs W.C. Newton; two brothers, Archie W Hall and William F Hall; six grandchildren; 3 g'grandchildren. Buried 28 May 1954.
