She was preceded in death by
a sister Opal Miller
a brother John A. VanMatre Jr.
She was a former member of the 20th Street Baptist Church and a charter member of the New Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 70 years Thomas Bias; daughter Sandra Bias Linn;
sister Dortha Hensley;
three nephews,
Jim Hensley,
John and Martin VanMatre and a special friend,
Rebecca Wiley, all of Huntington.
