Charles was the son of John and Eliza Tullis. He married in Leon, June 30, 1895 Theressa mcGovern. To this union were born five children, Leon, who died September 28, 1928; Mrs. Margaret Morgan, Harry, Lonise and Mildred. In addition to the children named he leaves his wife and two brothers, H. L and O.E. all of Leon and two sisters, Mrs. Edith Weaver of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Mrs. Nellie Claver, of Berkeley, California.
Funeral services were held August 13, conducted by Howard P, Young at 3:30 at the residence and burial was in the Leon cemetery.
