Frank Biggs, 82, died at the Allen Sanitarium this morning. He was a retired farmer and life-long resident of Crawford Co. Survivors include his daughters Mrs. Dorothy Richer, Mrs. Marjorie Warren of Robinson, Mrs. Velda Price of Ft. Meyers, FL, and Mrs. Fanchion McCoy of Palestine; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers Charles and Lester Biggs of Palestine; and sister Mrs. Lesta Carmichael of Palestine. Burial in Palestine Cemetery.
